All services provided are subject to availability and scheduling compatibility. If we cannot accommodate your request for a specific time or service, we will notify you promptly to reschedule or refund your payment in full using the original method of payment.

*2. Booking Confirmation
Upon completing a service booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details, the name of the professional assigned to your service, and any preparatory requirements for the session.

*3. Session Scheduling
We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and will confirm the timing within 24 hours of your booking request. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm PT, Monday through Friday. We are closed on public holidays.

*4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. To reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us at engage@ignitegtm.com.

*5. Fees and Payments
Fees for services are due at the time of booking and can be paid through our secure online payment system. Detailed invoices will be provided for all transactions, outlining the services provided and total charges.

We understand that project scopes can evolve, and we are committed to accommodating reasonable adjustments to the services booked. Any significant changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the service fees, which will be agreed upon before proceeding
